The premier women's health initiative in Dallas–Fort Worth. An annual expo featuring health, wellness, beauty, and fitness vendors plus seminars on topics affecting our community's health. Held each fall at Dallas College in partnership with AKA Tau Rho Omega Chapter.

The Zina Movement

An annual domestic violence awareness initiative dedicated to the memory of Zina Williams β€” honoring her life and uplifting survivors.

Each October, during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the Women of Pearls Community Action Foundation hosts the Zina Movement in collaboration with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Through town halls, community events, and fundraising, we stand against domestic violence and support survivors.

Zina Williams Memorial Scholarship

Zina Williams was a member of Tau Rho Omega Chapter, a Nurse Practitioner, and Chairman of the Health Committee. She tragically lost her life to domestic violence.

The Zina Williams Memorial Scholarship is designed for high school or college students with a 2.5 GPA who are pursuing a degree in a health-related field β€” carrying forward her commitment to health, service, and community.
